Alfredo`s Restaurant in Pecos

Ate there in January 2018. Food was ok - a little pricy - ordered the chile rellenos plate see pic. it was a bit greasy but it was good overall - they serve chips and salsa with your meal.

Good food and great service, even when they are very busy.

How does this place have a 4 star rating!? Absolutely disappointed because there’s not much to chose from in Pecos. Was looking for authentic Mexican food and this place was not it! How do you mess up fajitas!? Nothing tasted good and we couldn’t finish anything on our plates! No margaritas either!! Servers forget about you and flies in the restaurant! Won’t be back!!

Great food, no wait when I went. Steak was a bit fatty but otherwise great.

We were seated right next to the restrooms. My family of 4 could not finish our food. Within a few bites we could not eat the enchiladas sauce came out of can and chicken was not fresh. Not edible no seasoning just hot sauce and honestly a huge disappointment. Not one person asked if we enjoyed our food, no one to voice concern to.

Lots of competition in this part of the country when it comes to Mexican food. The food was good but not over the top when it comes to Mexican food. Definitely worth going to.

We got there early so there was no wait. The employees are very welcoming and nice. The waitress was very professional and helpful. My dad wanted a relleno so she showed him all of the menu items that included a relleno. I got half an order of nachos. The food was excellent. And there are a lot of choices to order from on the menu.

The food was great and so was the service. They were slammed with business but our food was out quickly and everything was fresh. Our chips, salsa and drinks were never empty.

This is my place to go for Mexican food in Pecos. The food is good, great selection, good portions. Even if their prices are up, it's not like the boomtown markups at some other local joints in that area. I paid less for a combo 2B here than another place wanted for 1/4 chicken and beans. Just saying.Service was efficient.Between distance and their regular cleaning routine I had no concerns about health and hygiene eating here. I heartily recommend both the Pecos and Ft Stockton locations to anyone.My two warnings are the salsa has some cilantro, but I live with it.Second the Pecos location parking can be challenging when the work crews are in town.

Well I'm from California and sleeping here locally for the day. I had no complaints, the staff was friendly and they cooked the food fresh. The dining area was neat and the staff maintained a good cleaning standard while I was observing. Overall I would recommend.

Amazing everything is beyond 5 stars. Service, cost. And the taste is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. I'm from California and have been wanting some good food I FOUND MY BEST PLACE. Thank you so much

Decent food, stay away from lunch rush time.

This is one of the better places to eat in Pecos. If you are new to the area please realize that every restaurant in town usually has a wait and the service is slow. The town is overwhelmed with people needing to eat. With that in mind service is better here than most. The Chiles Rellenos are very good. Chips and salsa are a bit above average. The prices are appropriate but lower than most of the others in town. Everyone in my group enjoyed their meal. I will go back the next time in town.

Good food at a great price

Got a mexican plate with enchiladas and taco. I loved the red sauce it had a kick to it. Food was good, staff was friendly and it was a small home town atmosphere.

Alfredo's deserves five stars, not only is the food amazing but the wait staff is kind and caring. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for great Mexican food.

What a wonderful little restaurant. Around 12 tables. Very quant and lots of people standing in line for a nice evening in a nice restaurant. The prices are comparable to any in a large city. I’m going back and trying something else on their Menu.

Excellent food! Definitely recommend. Had the half order of beef fajita salad and it was HUGE! Curious to know what the full order looks like. It was very delicious.

Alfredo's isn't bad but the wait staff could use some training. Once you order your food you don't really see your waitress again until your food comes. You definitely don't see them during your meal either! And if you're lucky you'll get to hear what's going on in the waitresses personal lives....

Totally average Mexican food. Everything is "ok", but nothing stands out. It is the safe choice. The service is not the greatest.

I used to go to this restaurant frequently until one visit I saw a rat in the restroom, I lost my appetite and told the waitress about it and left. That made me wonder how clean the place was and what kind of hygiene they use in the cooking area. Will not go back to this place again.

I am a very picky eater, so they did pretty good at having varieties. I had a fajita burrito, rice and shrimp for sides and sweet tea for drink. Very good.
